Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes the standards that apply to your use of Liqwifi services. It forms part of and is incorporated into the Liqwifi Terms of Service.

1. Principle of Lawful Use

You must use Liqwifi lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not expose Liqwifi, Urban Intelligence Ltd, or other users to legal, financial, reputational, or security risk.

2. Prohibited Activities

Fraud, theft, deception, or unauthorized account access.
Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, or transactions intended to conceal illicit proceeds.
Use of Liqwifi for unlawful goods, unlawful services, or prohibited industries.
Abuse of chargebacks, payment disputes, incentives, promotions, or referral programs.
Transmission of malware, phishing content, or harmful code through Liqwifi channels.
Impersonation of another person or entity, including false representation of authority.

3. Restricted Use Cases

Some transaction categories may require additional approval or may be unavailable based on regulatory obligations and partner restrictions. Liqwifi may request enhanced documentation before allowing such activity.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

Liqwifi may monitor account behavior and transaction activity for security and compliance purposes.

Where this Policy is breached or risk is identified, Liqwifi may decline transactions, apply account limits, require further checks, suspend services, report to authorities, or close accounts as permitted by law.
