Receive ACH-style payments from US clients, wherever you work

US clients often prefer ACH because it is cheap and familiar. The challenge is getting those funds into your local currency without friction.

Liqwifi issues you virtual account details your clients can pay like a domestic transfer. You choose when to convert and withdraw.

We publish cut-off times and settlement windows so you can set client expectations before you invoice.

ACH is not instant in every case. Same-day ACH exists, but not every bank supports it for every account type. When your client sends a standard ACH, assume one to two business days before we can acknowledge good funds—then conversion is near immediate.

Wire transfers cost more but can be worth it for large milestones or tight deadlines. You can hold both rails on your profile and guide clients based on urgency.

Invoicing in USD while spending locally means you are taking currency exposure until you convert. Some teams convert on receipt; others sweep weekly to average rates. We provide history exports so your accountant can reconcile either approach.

Tax reporting is still your responsibility, but we help with structured statements: who paid, when funds arrived, and the rate used at conversion. Keep those PDFs alongside your contracts.

If a client mistypes your virtual account number, the payment may bounce or sit in suspense at the partner bank. We notify you of mismatched references so you can coordinate a repair with your client without losing the payment trail.
